What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We typically use USPS or UPS for domestic orders within the continental united states, depending on several factors. A different shipping service may be used for international orders.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries, but some are more challenging due to different customs requirements. If you are an international customer, please reach out to us after placing an order with any concerns or requests, and we will try to accommodate you.  Additionally, if we have a concern, we will reach out before filling the order.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Most of our pieces are made-to-order, so there is a production time typically between 1-2 weeks. Once finished, your shipping speed will depend on what you chose during checkout. What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept most major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and soon Klarna.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Perfectly safe. We use secure third party payment processors with end-to-end encryption to ensure maximum customer security.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Check out our pieces, pick your size and/or finish, add it to cart, and check out.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you are ordering a piece that is in stock, then contact us withing 24 hours to cancel your order. Sooner the better, as we try to ship quickly.

If your piece is made-to-order, we typically do not allow cancellation. If you contact us immediately, and manage to reach us before the production process is started, we will do our best to accommodate you. However as previously stated, we are quite quick to start. 

How Do I Track My Order?

You can sign into your account at any time to view your order status. Once an item is shipped, a tracking number will be added to your order.

How Can I Return a Product?

If an item your piece was from our stock, and no resize or modifications were made for your order, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to send the item back for a full refund.

When shipping back items, a shipping method with full tracking must be chosen, and tracking number must be provided before the package arrives at our end, or we can not guarantee your refund.
